Spinner block applies drawing methods with floating plugs or without plugs to make tubes of various lengths.

Coils of copper tubes are drawn on the block and then fall continuously into the basket below. Lap of tubes on the block remains 6 to 10, thus usage of this machine is only limited by size of baskets other than coil weight.

The clamping rolls press copper tubes closely to the block, generating enough friction for drawing. Then, the fleeting ring which rotates around the block pushes the copper tubes down to the basket by using its own angle.

The spinner blocks are normally equipped with basket conveying system, which can be “rotation” type: the baskets are placed on a trolley, driven by a main driving chain.

Spinner blocks are particularly suitable for drawing air-conditioning and refrigeration (ACR) tubes, aluminum tubes, copper and aluminum compound tubes, and other thin-wall tubes.
